Need to return a product to us?

Because our items are often given as birth gifts: Return them for free within 30 days. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused or lightly used and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A return label will be sent to you free of charge by email.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also specify whether your refund is approved or denied.
If it is approved, your refund will then be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within 7 days.

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact the issuer of your credit card, as the official display of your refund may take some time. Then, contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Items at regular and sale prices are refundable.

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email at bonjour@adorable-france.com and send your item to: 42 Avenue Lénine 37700 Saint-Pierre-Des-Corps. Recipient: ADORABLE FRANCE.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them to give to you later, the refund will be issued to them, and they will know that you returned their gift.
